Lighters are Class II dangerous goods and must be strictly vetted for consolidation with other cargoes. Many shipping lines are unwilling to accept LCL with Class II goods that are hazardous to consolidation. Besides, most European ports also reject the LCL with Class II dangerous goods.

Our safety temperature test standard is to soak in hot water at 65 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, bake in an oven at 65 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, and then remove the test sample to check for air leakage or breakage. This test provides a guarantee for safe transportation and a safe use environment.

Of course, you can. For a new client to send a sample, our policy is that the sample is charge-free, but you need to bear the shipping cost. And dangerous goods can’t be shipped by official channels like DHL, FEDEX. We are working with a professional freight forwarder to ship the hazardous goods, and all the shipping costs incurred will be refunded after the order is placed. (Plus, mass-production samples are free of charge)
